UCLA Upset at Home By Unranked Conference Opponent – Again

Under Coach Jim Mora, UCLA has recorded a 19-10 Pac 12 record, but is only 8-7 at home against conference opponents.  They have repeatedly been upset by unranked or barely ranked opponents in the Rose Bowl, falling behind early and failing to catch up.

Yesterday’ 38-23 spanking from Arizona State was the second year in a row that an unbeaten, top-ten ranked Bruin team lost to an unranked opponent in their house.  Its also the third time in four years that an unbeaten top-20 UCLA team lost to an unranked conference opponent at home, leading me to conclude that UCLA stands for Uniquely Capable of Losing to Anyone.
