NBA Expansion Class of ’71 Report Card

On February 6, 1970, the NBA announced it was adding four expansion teams in Buffalo, Cleveland, Houston and Portland.  The Houston franchise fell through and the San Diego Rockets moved there instead.

How have the 3 teams fared in their 45 1/2 years in the NBA?  The Trailblazers have been consistent winners and are the only team in the class to have a title.  The Clippers have, except for its first few and past few years, been consistent losers and the Cavs have been somewhere in between.
